Delivery Policy, Procedures & Confirmation

We request at least a 48-hour notice on deliveries and will try our best to accommodate you otherwise. We deliver balloon bouquets to the following areas of Hamilton County, Indiana: Noblesville, Westfield, Fishers, and Carmel.  For delivery outside these areas, please call to see if we service that area and what delivery charges apply. We will always try to make it happen!

Delivery Times

We deliver bouquets between the hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Please specify when you would like the delivery made and we will try to accommodate you.

Please call us during normal business hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday at (317) 937-4002 if you need any assistance placing an order.

Procedures if the Recipient is not on site

It is important that you make sure the recipient or other responsible party will be on site during the specified delivery time, because a second attempt will not be made. If the recipient is not available, we will leave the bouquet with the closest neighbor or receptionist, if at an office.
